Volunteer with us

Our volunteers

Part of our mission is to support the host society where our work is based. We do this by supporting local professionals to upskill and reskill themselves. Marketing professionals looking to build experience of organising crowdfunding campaigns is an example of how we support professionals upskill and reskill themselves.  During their time with us they gain exposure to industry standards, and build up the required expertise.

To help our volunteer co-workers stay in touch with the needs of a rapidly changing market, we use ‘future of work’ practices that give them a high degree of autonomy in deciding their workload, their approach, and their performance measures.
