OUR FIRST CROWD FUNDING CAMPAIGN BRINGS SOLAR LAMPS TO REFUGEE COMMUNITIES IN UGANDA VIA REFUGEE ENTREPRENEURSHIP FROM WITHIN THESE COMMUNITIES.
We at BizGees will soon be organising a crowd funding campaign. This campaign involves supporting the usage of solar lamps in low income refugee communities in rural Uganda. We will also be helping members of these low income communities become entrepreneurs.
Profits from this campaign will fund startups in box solutions. Box solutions are comprised of training, inventory, and a business mentoring package for 6 months. Each micro business will transform 3 - 5 refugees into entrepreneurs. Through this process, an additional 10 jobs will also be generated in these low income communities.
This approach lowers risks of failure from 90% to 10% for first time entrepreneurs.
